Daniel C. Rosenberg represents and advises clients in the defense of civil litigation involving issues of product liability, toxic torts, personal injury, property damage, New York Labor Law, construction accidents and general negligence matters. Prior to joining Haworth Barber & Gerstman, LLC as an associate, Mr. Rosenberg has served as a litigation associate representing a wide array of clients in cases concerning medical malpractice, New York State Department of Labor, industrial standards and general liability issues.

Mr. Rosenberg has represented and defended the City of New York, public and private housing entities, distinguished hospitals and medical professionals, school districts, manufacturers, as well as various construction and contracting enterprises. Additionally, Mr. Rosenberg was in-house counsel for a New York State non-profit organization providing coverage and defense for eligible personal injury victims. Mr. Rosenberg has experience within the Appellate Divisions for the First and Second Departments of the State of New York.

Affiliations, Activities & Accomplishments

During law school, Mr. Rosenberg held a judicial internship with a United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey. Additionally, Mr. Rosenberg has written and presented lectures regarding the impact and changing landscape of social media upon litigation, which has been granted accreditation status by New York State´s Continued Legal Education Board.
