Layne A. Feldman concentrates her practice on the defense of claims involving general negligence, construction accidents, premises liability, automobile/truck accidents, and products liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Feldman served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence M. Maron, J.S.C, Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part. In addition, she previously worked for New York City-based medical malpractice and insurance defense firms.

Affiliations, Activities & Accomplishments

While in law school, Ms. Feldman was named as a semi-finalist in the Eugene M. Gressman Appellate Advocacy competition. She also acted as Chief Justice of the Paterson Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta and was a member of the Seton Hall Law Circuit Review.

Ms. Feldman is a member of American MENSA.
