As Special Counsel, Michelle Kolodny represents clients in the defense of various litigation matters. She began her career working at the Administration for Children's Services prosecuting cases where children were abused and neglected. She then moved to Massachusetts working as an Assistant District Attorney for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts where she tried over 30 cases and received an outstanding services award. Upon moving back to New York, she worked as in house counsel for Allstate Insurance Company at the Law Office of John Trop where she represented clients in motor vehicle negligence, property damage and wrongful death cases, trying over 150 cases. She also managed a department handling summary judgment motions and received a Distinguished Performance Award. She most recently was a Lead Attorney for Herman Law handling cases involving the Child Victims Act. In her spare time, Michelle Kolodny is the President of the Youth Baseball League of New Rochelle

Ms. Kolodny received her Bachelor's Degree from Brandeis University where she graduated cum laude. She also received her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law graduating in the top 25% in her class while also an Articles Editor for The Journal of International and Comparative Law and participant in a Criminal Law Clinic.
