Renee C. Rivas is a civil litigation associate with a particular focus on the defense of claims in general negligence, construction accidents, premises liability, automobile/truck accidents, and product liability. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rivas worked at prominent plaintiff´s firms, where she tried negligence cases to verdict.

Ms. Rivas attended New York Law School, where she was noted for her research, which led to her co-authoring a paper and presenting that paper at The Law and Society Association´s 2010 Annual Meeting held in Chicago, IL.

Memberships & Honors

Ms. Rivas volunteers her time as an appointed Bergen County Fee Dispute Arbitrator. She was awarded The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in the personal injury field for 2016. Additionally, she has been named as a "Rising Star" for New Jersey´s Super Lawyers for 2016 and 2017.
