Samantha Cornell Lerner advocates, advises and represents a diverse group of clients through all aspects of civil litigation, specializing in the defense of product liability, property damage/subrogation, construction accidents and general negligence matters in New York State and Federal Court. Prior to joining the firm, Samantha was associated with two regional firms where she represented clients in insurance defense matters with a focus on medical malpractice and general liability matters.

Samantha graduated summa cum laude from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She received her J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where she received an Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, summa cum laude. Samantha was a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law, an active member of the Urban Policy and Legislative Advocacy Clinic and Research Assistant to Professor Joseph Landau. Additionally, during law school, Samantha was a judicial intern for the Hon. Melvin Schweitzer, New York State Supreme Court and a legal and risk management intern for the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center.
