Samantha Cornell Lerner represents clients in the defense of litigation matters involving product liability, property damage, construction accidents and general negligence matters in New York State and Federal Court. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cornell served as a litigation associate representing clients in insurance defense matters with a focus on medical malpractice and general liability matters.

Activities and Accomplishments

Ms. Cornell Lerner graduated summa cum laude from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She received her J.D. cum laude from Fordham University where she was an executive board member for the Fordham Health Education Advocacy and Law Society, as well as an active member of the Urban Policy and Legislative Advocacy Clinic, a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law and Research Assistant to Professor Joseph Landau. Ms. Cornell Lerner was a judicial intern for the Hon. Melvin Schweitzer, New York State Supreme Court and a legal and risk management intern for the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center.
