William Peck focuses his practice on all aspects of insurance defense. Prior to joining Haworth Barber & Gerstman, LLC, Mr. Peck operated his own law firm, and was previously associated with several well-known New Jersey law firms. During his career, he both prosecuted claims and defended clients in construction accidents involving catastrophic injuries, as well as handled a multitude of cases involving fall down injuries, motor vehicle negligence injuries and property damage, criminal defense, employment issues, and business transactional matters.

Mr. Peck received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College
