Ms. Dulchinos graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science. She received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law where she was an active member of the Moot Court Board, the Urban Law Journal and the Housing Advocacy Project while also working part-time as a law clerk for HBG. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Ms. Dulchinos served as a caseworker for the American Red Cross, coordinating services to meet the immediate needs of New Yorkers who had been displaced from their homes by fires, floods and city-issued vacate orders.
