Elizabeth Kimundi is an accomplished attorney. She represents clients in the defense of litigation matters involving product liability, property damage, construction accidents and general liability. She also represents clients in commercial litigation, breach of contract matters, employment discrimination, labor and wage disputes, and civil rights issues. Ms. Kimundi also assists clients in evaluating contractual issues and implementing strategies to reduce liability
Prior to joining the Haworth Barber & Gerstman, LLC, Ms. Kimundi was counsel at a litigation firm.
