Francis W. Yook represents clients in the defense of a variety of litigation matters involving claims of product liability, premises liability, construction defect, employment, catastrophic personal injury, and workplace accident claims. He has significant experience handling all phases of litigation in state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York.
Prior to joining Haworth Barber & Gerstman, LLC, Mr. Yook co-founded a full-service law firm, where he focused on commercial litigation, employment disputes, land use, and transactional matters. He previously served as law clerk to the Honorable Edward S. Kiel, U.S.D.J. in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and to the Honorable Lisa A. Firko, J.A.D. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage, Law Division — Civil Part.
Affiliations, Activities & Accomplishments
Mr. Yook is a Barrister with the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court. He is a former member of the Fort Lee Zoning Board of Adjustment and former Board Attorney for the Palisades Park Planning Board. Mr. Yook is a Past President of the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey.
