Mubeen Chughtai represents clients in the defense of litigation matters involving motor vehicle accidents, construction-related accidents, premises liability, and other general negligence claims. He has extensive litigation and trial experience representing clients through all stages of civil litigation, from inception through trial.

Prior to joining Haworth Barber & Gerstman, LLC, Mr. Chughtai represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of personal injury and general liability matters. His experience on both sides of the litigation provides him with a practical understanding of case strategy, liability and damages issues, and the evaluation and defense of claims.

Activities & Accomplishments

Mr. Chughtai received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2012. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2015.
