Rachel Parada focuses her practice on various areas of Civil & Commercial litigation; specifically, employment discrimination, Whistleblowing Act claims, contractual breaches, defamation, malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, automobile and commercial vehicle liability, insurance, complex construction, community associations, and property damage, as well as other general liability matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel served as a 2018-19 judicial law clerk to the Honorable Frank Covello, J.S.C. at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, Passaic County. Throughout her clerkship, she settled over 100 mediation cases as a Court-Appointed Mediator at an approximately 95% success rate and gained extensive practical knowledge with respect to civil procedure, litigation, and trial practice.

During law school, Rachel worked as a trial law clerk at a preeminent Florida civil litigation firm, while also serving on the Florida Coastal Law Review Executive Board as Research & Writing and Technical Editor. While attending law school, Rachel also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Brian R. Martinotti, U.S.D.J. at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and managed several in-house cases in her law school's renowned Immigration and Human Rights Clinic, where she successfully assisted multiple clients as a student-attorney representative.

Inspired through her clinical work, Rachel was elected the 2016-18 President of the Human Rights Law Society and was the 2017-18 recipient of the Student Awareness and Involvement Award. Thereafter, Rachel received the James A. Richter Humanitarian Service Award at her law school graduation ceremony, as well as Pro Bono Honors Recognition for extraordinary volunteer work exceeding over 125 hours. Rachel graduated law school in 2018 with a law certificate in International and Comparative Law and earned a law certificate in Government and Public Interest.
