Samae Rohani represents clients in the defense of litigation matters involving product liability, premises liability, property damage, construction accident, catastrophic tort, subrogation, and general liability matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rohani served as a litigation associate representing clients primarily in the area of toxic tort defense.

Affiliations, Activities & Accomplishments

Ms. Rohani graduated summa cum laude from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She received her J.D. from Fordham University where she served as an editor for the International Law Journal and was active in student organizations including Fordham's Student-Sponsored Public Interest Fellowship, Law Students Against Trafficking, and Domestic Violence Action Center. Ms. Rohani has also completed fellowships and internships with Hon. Doris Ling-Cohan of the Appellate Term, First Department, and Hon. Sherry Klein-Heitler during her tenure as Administrative Judge for Civil Matters in New York County Supreme Court.
