Thomas Hughes III represents and advises clients in the defense of civil litigation involving issues of construction accidents, product liability, premises liability, and general liability. Prior to joining Haworth Barber & Gerstman, LLC as an associate, Mr. Hughes worked at a regional defense firm, where he specialized in insurance defense, primarily related to construction accidents.

During law school, Mr. Hughes was an associate notes editor for Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion. Additionally, Mr. Hughes was a board member for the Hunter Moot Court competition.
