Tonny Ahmed is an experienced attorney who defends clients on a range of general and commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining Haworth Barber & Gerstman, LLC, Tonny was associated with regional firms in the areas of premises liability, contractual indemnification, products liability, transportation and construction. He managed all aspects of his cases in New Jersey and Pennsylvania state and federal courts through arbitration and/or mediation.

Tonny began his legal career serving as a Law Clerk for President Judge Emeritus Frederica A. Massiah Jackson at the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. After completing the judicial clerkship, he worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office prosecuting cases from firearm possession to attempted murder.

Tonny attended the University of Toledo College of College of Law. During law school. He was the Articles Editor for The University of Toledo Law Review. Subsequently, he earned the Master of Laws in Trial Advocacy from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Moreover, he is a Board Member for the South Association Bar Association of Philadelphia.
