The Manhattan office of boutique defense firm Haworth Barber & Gerstman, LLC has multiple opportunities for lawyers with 3-10 years of experience to join our team. Our cases primarily involve product liability, New York Labor Law, premises liability, intentional torts and trucking, many with insurance coverage and risk transfer issues. New York admission, court experience and superior writing skills are required. Admission to federal court and New Jersey are both a plus. We actively mentor our associates and offer the ability to handle matters from inception to conclusion, including trial experience.
